Mom Fail #879

During the month of March McMillan Library hosted KidZArt, an exhibit that showcased artwork by the local elementary students-including mine.  And all month I have been meaning to stop in with the boys, but for one reason or another we just haven't gotten there.  So yesterday I thought "It's the 31st, we made it JUST in time!"  I even remembered the camera.  Mom score.  Then we got there-and they were almost done taking it down.  Mom fail.  But at least my guys didn't seem to mind; they were happy to wander the children's section and I was happy to reminisce about many happy hours spent there when I was their age.  While I make it a point to take the boys to our little Vesper library, it was fun to see the changes that have been made to the children's section of the "big" library.

 

New additions include a puppet theater, something I can see little sister having ALOT of fun with!
